I don’t trust in God
for my God cannot be trusted
I trust in certainty
the awe-inspiring clarity
that comes in flashes
Like heat and cold
it produces sensation
yet this sensation
goes beyond the norm
beyond convention
In the high peaks
the air is sharp
like a blade point
upon one’s throat
there and then
the life tree speaks
Ask the right questions
then you find the answers
